Hey there neighbors! My name is Vince Nardi and i started this business a bit unconventionally. I actually grew up in the Chicago suburbs and have been a realtor there for a few years as well as ran a landscape company for 8 years. Through out my time there i had many older clients as well as individuals who just needed a helping hand with a few things here and there. and genuinely i have always been more than happy to help. I really feel like these clients were more than just clients. They really became my friends and loved just sharing my life with them all and i recognize where i am in life was to a great part because of the business and support i got from them and their families and all the positive word of mouth from them. One of the biggest things i would do for them is changing furnace filters, changing whole house water filters, lightbulbs and various other simple home maintenance tasks. Well I finally decided to leave the cold weather and made the move to California! I am a Realtor here as well but really wanted to build a small business as well helping others in the same way i did before! So if you or a family member just need a hand with simple home maintenance specifically anything to do with filters id love to help. And i really am not a nickel and dime type of business man. If you need a lightbulb changed or something simple as well i have no problem just helping out. And if you need something bigger or just need a referral to another trustworthy business i got you!
